I would like to enquire about the cost of cleaning an HFO tank. At the refinery, we have a tank that has a solidified HFO in the tank. We currently do not have steam to liquefy the HFO in the tank. I would like to enquire about the cost to empty the tank, clean it, unblock the sewer system. The sewer system is also blocked with the solidified HFO. I would also like to ask about the cost of providing your own steam for cleaning the tanks.

I will be having a family day cookout event. Initially target is adults 40 kids. Adult Menu I would be serving african dishes, braaimeat and sides. Kids Menu Burgers and Pizza as a option and 2 types of deserts, applicable for the season. Idealy the setup should be kids friendly because the day is all about family good music and good food. Separated till and two adult dependent at age 27 and 31. The 31 age one is having problem with drugs and have been in rehab 6 times currently in rehab paying R. We have a contract with a contractor. He has not completed the job and also had a person install our floors that we bought as that was the contract he provides labour and I buy the materials for certain things. So floors are now damaged and not installed properly it is ugly and un useable. He is not showing up at the site. When he did he informed me that he doesn't have money to continue. I owed him some money that was for extras that he didn't inform me about I just got a bill after I paid his full asking price. I have paid almost all of the extras. I didn't want to pay it but he said its for materials so that they can finish the granny flat that they are doing. Today no one came to work. The place is a mess lots of unfinished work and ugliness. He sometimes does not respond to me and always coming up with excuses. I now need to buy new flooring and have it reinstalled. I have not been able to unpack my furniture since moving in on April 22 Nd . This is interefing with my kids safety as well because we have holes dug up in back garden for over a week and my kids can't even play outside because they will get hurt.

We were unfairly dismissed by Riviera On Vaal Hotel and Country Club in December while under Covid-19 Lockdown.We were 51 and all members of ECCAWUSA which was then our workers union.Our case started at Vereeniging CCMA in and proceeded to Johannesburg Labour Court.Along the way our union lost their certificate and they didn't notify us.Then last year when they were approached by the shopstewards about the progress of our case that's whereby they gave them the case number number.The shopsteward did a follow up of the case at Labour Law and discovered that the union did not submit some important documents that were needed for the Labour Court to proceed with our case.When they were asked about this matter they decided to hand-over our case files to the shopsteward.From last year up until now the shopstewards have submitted all the relevant missing documentsat the Labour Court and applied for a court hearing date.So we are waiting for a respond from the Labour Court.As shopsteward we though we can represent our case at the Labour Court to be told that we don't qualify.We are looking for someone who is qualified to represent us.Some of our members were hired by the so-called New Owner under new contracts.But the majority of them were not hired.We didn't receive any compensation from our employer for terminating all our contracts.
Our bond account was flawed from the beginning. My wife and I based here, in Johannesburg and our, who is part of this contract is based in KZN. The Firm of Attorneys who is handling the legal part, on behalf of the Standard Bank is based in Pretoria. Our home has already been attached and it now up for auction.
