The paint on the walls are lifting, there is dampness which tells me there needs to be a leakage someone and we need to fix that. I am currently in the Free State and the property is located in Glenwood, Durban but there are tenants there. I can arrange with them for a time that will be convenient to visit the property.

I had a plumber that we fired and I need to have my plumbing connected with the wash basins and kitchen sinks. I also have two toilets that need to be fitted with the right fittings. I also need a COC certificate when the work is done
