Not really, except that my Asylum expired on the 17th of January , and when I went there for renewal they gave me a notice to leave the country in 2 weeks and I don't understand why, and I have kids with a South Africa woman so I don't understand why I should leave my family and go back to my country just like that. Thank you so much and I wait for your response 🙏

I purchased a house valued under R50, in of a deceased individual who had no children and was not married at the time of his passing. The sale was administered by his nephew and sister, as the property had been left vacant for years. Unfortunately, during that time, it caught fire while being occupied by some nyaope smokers, resulting in severe damage. I have already transferred over 65% of the agreed purchase price, with the remaining balance to be settled once the deed transfer is completed. However, upon attempting to register the property at the deeds office, it was discovered that the deceased had been married twice. Since then, the sellers and I have been trying, without success, to locate the surviving spouse. One of the spouses has been confirmed deceased with no children, but the other could not be found. When the sellers visited her last known address, they were informed that she and her family had relocated years ago, and that she had remarried. Over the past three years, we have exhausted all possible resources to make contact or locate her, but unfortunately to no avail. We are now hoping you might assist us in concluding the purchase and facilitating the transfer of the deed so that we can finally resolve this matter .

I was dismissed for smoking dagga whilst not on duty ina nush and without any proof of intoxication or prejudice caused to the employer. I was subjected to a disciplinary hearing and the results where withheld from me deliberately. My manager dismissed me citing the outcome of the hearing as the basis for dismissal which turned out to be a lie. I need help because the employer has a bond over my house as a result of their unilateral actions. As a consumer i now have been prejudiced by this action as I can no longer afford the bond. I will lose my home because of smoking. I want to challenge the employers decision as fraud. It is unfair and discrimination. Please help. Thanks

I got this Job last year (), I believe that the Business is registered. I got this Job around September/October , after the business was busted by the Dept: Labor & Home affairs officials. The Owner was forced to relieve all his Zimbabwean employees, who were all undocumented & paid far below the minimum wage. The Boss had no choice but to employ us SA Citizens. 1 year plus in this business, I still haven't signed any contract while others have signed. We work 6 days per week including weekends. We get paid R2 . 69 per fortnight . This R2 .69 is fixed, whether there are holidays or not, it's just the same. We work from 8:00-05:30. My worry is that After leaving this job for whatever reason/s in the future I will not get any Provident fund nor UIF... Now my plan is to continue working since jobs are hard to find. I'm thinking of the ways to hold my Boss accountable for exploitation in 2 or 3 years time from now... As of now I have a medical certificate not to come to work today but because of No Work No Pay principle I'm forced to come to work...

I relocated from Durban to Cape Town with our minor child (turns 3 in December). Husband was supposed to be joining us but we decided to separate and he agreed for me to proceed with the move. Parenting plan and maintenance would need to be agreed upon as well. I am currently unemployed, baking as a form of income, and he runs a small renovations company in Durban. We have an ANC without accrual in place.

Good day, I trust all is well. I would like to find out if you can please assist me. My boyfriend and his ex wife have an agreement that they each have one week with a parent. But it has come to our attention that the mother is not giving the child the things that a child needs. So ill just explain a little today i have asked his son at 7pm after his mother dropped him of at 5pm what he ate today and he told me that he did not eat anything for the hole day and that the food that I gave him at 7pm was the first meal that he ate for the day. Every Sunday when she dropped him off she did not gave him food from 9am to half past 5. This is the first time she did not give him food for the day. She also forgot him a few times at school and asked the aftercare to not tell us. She forgot him the one day at the primary school after athletics it was at 9pm. We tried to phone her multiple times but she did not answer us. If we did not respond to the group when we did he woulf have stayed at a school in centurion at 9pm. He is a 7 year old boy and his mother was playing netball and left her phone in the car knowing her little boy is at another school and knew no one there. Please help us to find the steps to get this child with us on full terms. If possible can you please call me after 4 of at 12:15 Thank you in advance

I need a lawyer to file condonation and review to the labour court. I was dismissed on the 13 March through section A Arbitration held through Transnet Bargaining Council. Before the start of the case the ER Manager and the union held a private meeting with the outcome of the meeting coming with a suggestion that the hearing process be changed to submission by writing and should not seat for formal hearing to cut time short which the commissioner alluded not being familiar with the process but agrees if everyone is in agreement which offcause I was under the illusion that the union said I am not pleading guilty of any charges but be given a chance for return submission. Fast foward the union failed to submit arguments and decided not to respond to my enquiries about the status of the case after the company handed over the award by commissioner without my submission which somehow state that I pleaded guilty for everything. Further to this the union affirmed me through recorded calls and whatsup that they will file for unfair dismissal since the company approached then to settle the case outside hearing and the fact that the commissioner was made aware but nevertheless I was dismissed. Through frustration and investigations I found out that the union never filed any dispute or any condonation which I suspect there has been a collusion between the union and the company about this matter. I have collected lots of information to file for condonation and resolution to the labour court and I am in need of a specialized lawyer who will able to assit in this regard

Original offer letter presented on 11 December from Mr Loreti for work to commence on 7 January stipulating basic + Commission of 5% of anything over R including all shop sales. (Addendum 1) 2) 3) Target was made and amount paid out was R16 .02. (Addendum 2) Once target was reached offer letter was changed on 31st of January with different terms saying that 5% on R had to be reached and None of Mrs Loreti or Mr Loreti sales nor Website sales counted for me. (Addendum 3) 4) Target was made in February, but commission was paid late due to the fact that they did not have money to pay commission and needed to wait for another customer to pay – commission was paid on the 10th of March in the amount of R29 .60. (Addendum 4) 5) I requested Work contracts on more than one occasion, and they were never issued. (Addendum 5) 6) On the 30th of May at 13:22 Mr Loreti yelled at me Infront of my co-worker after telling him that customers do not want to make payment and then wait a month for their work to be done, he proceeded to say that if that is my mentality I can take my things and not come back. 7) On the 6th of June I received a message from Mr Loreti to inform me that the shop had flooded and that I need to bring a vacuum with if possible to help clean, I sustained an injury where I slipped and hurt my foot, after informing my co worker Mr White, I left it until the 10th of June but still the foot had not gotten better, I informed Mrs Loreti that I was injured during the cleanup process and she advised that it was to late to claim IOD as it had to be reported within 24 hours. (Addendum 6) 8) I was verbally informed on the 2nd of July that I will be retrenched at the end of July should myself and my 2 sales representatives not reach target amount of R , but to this date I have not received a formal letter, I was told that I can continue working without pay after July 31st and only when target is met will I receive a salary again. 9) I requested my formal retrenchment notice letter on the 16th of July and was advised that the letter cannot be written due to Mr Loreti’s laptop being flat; to date no letter received and Mr Loreti has left the country till the end of July. 10) I Spoke with Mrs Loreti after being informed that I am being retrenched to ask if I need to start handing documents over to Mrs Hellerle, she responded what did Oscar say? To which I replied Push for sales. (Addendum 7) 11) Table of total sales made by Myself, Nishkar, Megan, Oscar and Dionne, plus total commission payable and commission received. (Addendum 8
