How can they just take all my stuff and belongings and say there was a Hypothetical contract which i don't know and never sign was giving me in my hands and 11 people take me out of my building at a Friday afternoon at 16h00 all lawyers was close till Monday and i could get a appointment by one Attorney on te 08/11/23 people open my building by broke locks gates safety cates and remove my belongings
The labour court matter for employer to pay my leave days and prorata bonus was scheduled for 21/03/25, the judges pointed out that our statement of claim does not state to which law we are claiming and the matter was struck off the roll, later in July , the attorney withdrew from the matter, I have been waiting for the legal insurer to appoint another attorney to date they have not, they state that the matter is referred to independent body to decide as the previous attorney stated that there are no prospects of success, please assist as the matter whether the employer has the right to withhold my leave days payout.

I was brought feom JHB to here with contract. I was promised a removal and commission and permanent employment after 3 months. I was offered accomodation that would be taken off my pay. I have now been evicted 2x and have an arbitration case for constructive dismissal. I had two hearings a month apart after enquiring as to why money was being deducted off my salary and not paid to rental agent. I was last paid full in March then it became part payment and then no payment. I have lost everything and need help to win this case . I have not received the commission. I was told by my boss his phone isnt paid but my house is.
Yes my home was auctioned through lies and misrepresentation: wrong property description and wrong address by the other 3 body corporate members who inflated outstanding levies and refused our payment plan after they cut off our water 3 years ago. Bank that we pay bond to also knows nothing about the auction. Our home has been transferred to 2 different owners at the deeds office, final transfer was to jamisolve proprietary limited, a company that doesn't exist and now the guy says we must get out because he has sold the property. We never saw auction papers or signed transfer of our home.

Looking for assistance in getting a divorce from an in community of property marriage. Husband is very aggressive and abusive but I don't think he will contest it. We have 3 kids involved that I need maintenance for and visitation rights set in place for him. I would like to start the process as far as possible before we have to involve him as he still lives here. The bond is both of our names only and we would need to mediate how it will work and if I can stay here for his kids sales. He has his own business and might claim he is unemployed but if his business bank statement is pulled it will show how much money he brings in. He also hardly helps monthly with payments. The reason for the divorce is that he cheated twice that I know of and I can't carry on anymore with his abusive behaviour.
