Good day I live at 37 Jim Fouche Rd, Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort. I am on an elevated part of the mountain and I have a neighbour who is below. I had a wall which collapsed. They need to have an excellent accumen, excellent documentation skills, clear communication and know exactly what to do and how to do it, i really don't want middle of the job surprises. I have a standard brick wall that is 35m long with normal drive way on the one end (within the 35m). Paint is peeling off in many areas and there is one large crack that needs repair. Both sides of the wall need to be repaired and painted and we would also like the electrical cables to the lights to be repaired / rewired if need be as light trip due to water leaks.

Flat roof above garage, surrounded by a small parapet wall, the floor area is covered by tiles would like to have a complete waterproof coverage with the sides slightly against the wall to stop future leakage.
