Hi, my Brother and myself recently baught land in Clarens in the free state for my mother to build on. She is retired and in the process of selling in Paul Roux and those funds are going to be used to build a small cottage style house (80 Sqare meters). So build cost needs to be kept low as possible. The land is flat and has boundary fence in place, no water or electrical yet nor surveyed. But for all we can see seems like a ready to go surface with small clay layer to get through for foundations.
