Strait forward tax assistance, forward tax consultat no longer in practice, already met with SARS twise and a 3rd telephonic meeting is arrange for 29 October to discuss relief on admin penslties and downpayment on latest tax liability. Last year April they deduct a huge amount from my account without prior notice. Despite all my meetings, email for relief to SARS I still receive threatning sms notice of possible legal action although I have proof with reference numbers of our meetings and the pending reply/outcome. On All my emails I just keep on receiving a noreply response followed shortly by a letter of demanding, I cannot access my app because I do not have the login details that was used by my former tax consultation. I am at a dead end!
My husband's ex spouse has been slandering my name. She also has caused alot of havoc by contacting my workplace and accusing me of being a homewrecker. I was forced to get an restraining order against her and now we going to appear in court 17th October. This woman has also violated the POPI Act by sharing my details with another third party. I wish to have her lockup or pay for slandering my name.
Me and my partner, are about to take a huge step of getting married, but my frustration is that I'm still stuck on the pain of her illtreating me when I was not working, during that time we even separated as I wasn't emotionally right. I later on secured myself a job, which I'm only a year and couple of months in it, I wanted to start building myself and securing a future for my children. She later on after eight months, asked for forgiveness and convinced me to take things to a more serious steps, which speaks to marriage, due to me loving her and caring about her I was convinced, but still having second thoughts, because I only started working and wanted to build life for my kids, as she herself, is stable. She managed to build herself property which is also making her an extra income. One of my other frustrations, is that she expects me to do right by her, but for her when I was not working I was treated like a black sheep. I.at times have thoughts that says , maybe i might be doing this for sake of our child, whom is oftenly seen to be the one advocating so much for our unity, even though he is only four years. Me and my partner, we hardly spend a week without a tension between ourselves. She's mostly complains and at times I feel that she is never happy with little efforts i put in. We supposed to get married in December , and I at times doubt if we are really ready because I feel like she's only looking out for herself. Our marriage will be out of community of property, because of what she started insisting on, because of the fact that I had children before I meet with her. She has acquired assets for herself and have lucrative career whilst myself, I'm still starting in everything, hence I have this doubts.

Good day. I require plans for a simple covered pergoda bordered by walls on three sides. As this is on an estate the body corporate are concerned with aesthetics. The surrounding properties are wood finish. I have attached photos of my property featuring an artistic impression of what I hope it would look like from front and top. As I currently live abroad I am travelling to Cape Town on the 4th November for two weeks in the hope of finalising plans to present to the body corporate and get municipal approval before starting construction. Awaiting engineer to assess connection point for sewer line (on an empty plot) before architect finalizing plans for approval but complete draft & 3D images available for the final plan. Intending to build out of pocket and will buy most of my own materials for the construction. No strict timeline. Project possibly to be commenced mid next year plus.
