Good day The patio and entrance need to be completed, the staircase need attention and frame need to be installed and clading to be done. Fire place need to be finish with litels, bathroom need new plumbing and to be retailed after plumbing is repaired. Kitchen tiles on wall. Hall way to be tiled. House need to be painted inside outside roof and window frames. Driveway need to be change and carport need to be moved to next to house and not in front.
