He responded quickly, sent photos and videos of his previous work, and gave a reasonable quotation. He started work on 12 December 2024.
He came on 12 December 2024, cleared the vegetation, made a call to the person he said would deliver the tar and took 60% of the fee. He then came back and laid the gravel. On 13 December 2024 his guys laid the pavers, the tar never arrived. He disappeared, and his workers had to be fetched by an Uber. When I called him, he said he would come complete the job on Monday, 16 December 2024. I called him severally on Monday when he did not come, but he ignored calls and did not respond to text and WhatsApp messages. I am extremely disappointed with your so-called "Pro".

Medium security fencing
1) To remove the retainer blocks in question against the precast fence between units 2 and 3. 2) To excavate and pour a 25 MPA concrete foundation. 3) To construct a new 1, high wall as close as possible to the precast wall – face bricks to match the existing walls and common bricks to be used behind the face bricks. 4) To remove the existing paver blocks at the proposed new position of the spa - bath - to lay the above blocks elsewhere as required by the owner. 5) To lay a level mm thick 25mpa concrete slab on top of BRC mesch – size of slab to accommodate the spa-bath. The edges of the slab are not to protrude more than mm from the edges of the spa – bath.
I only need six slabs of 1,5m. Can you supply that?

Tiles to be replaced. Major structural cracks on walls to be repaired.
