When do I need a building permit in South Africa?
In South Africa, building applications for the construction of property and land use are highly regulated.
I need costs for House Plans only for : High End House - Ushape Barn 4 Bedroom 4 bathroom - all en suite Guest Bathroom Large dining , living, lounge Double Garage Outdoor Living space and veranda Pool Please also allow for 3 x rounds of reverts . I have attached images of a similar plan of a house in the area and the level that we would want the plans executed as well as 3D renderings . Please cost on similar
The house my have combination of attached concept 1 to 3. Add glass to improve natural light and minimize power usage to maintain comfortable room temperature in both winter and summer. -Main bad room on second floor ontop of the garage - Lounge to maintain current location however increased to add a dinner table. - Balcony on main bedroom and above lounge. - Easy access to balcony above lounge for visitors

Attached Plans that I have for the current Structure. We would like to remodel and add on, we would also like the plans to include future addons that we would like to achieve so as that when we are in the position to do those addons we do not need new plans etc. I also attach a rough sketch of our intensions.
We currently have a tiny house (4 m long by 2.3 wide ) which fits a double bed, shelves bath and toilet. We want to extend by building an upstairs section over the existing footprint (so 4 m x 2.3) with an outside deck extension that also acts as a double covered garage (no sides needed on the garage) just decking and paving floor. Good day, we have a current house that we would like to extend/renovate and also add a little cottage to the property. I would like to redesign my kitchen, living areas and outdoor area. In my kitchen, I would like to remove the kitchen walls and part of the second floor to open up the space. I would like to demolish one of my eternal walls to create a glass sliding door wall. I currently have a lapa in my outdoor area which need to be removed for a deck can be installed. We would like to extend our bathroom, add a shower, add an additional 3 rooms and a courtyard. This will all be added to an outside room that we are currently using as a bedroom, the one room will be a lounge open plan kitchen. The other two rooms, one will be a second bedroom and the other will be made into a study. We want the bathroom, kitchen and study to all lead to the courtyard.
