This home has been a wonderful place to raise our family/enjoy our retirement/etc. We've loved the garden – the friendly neighbors, the beautiful sunsets, etc.]. We're confident that the new owners will cherish it just as much as we have.

Management
I am the chairperson of a retirement estate in Greyton called The Country Village. The complex comprises 60 freehold houses, a bowling green, and clubhouse. We elect a committee every two years to run the day-to-day operations of the complex. We are presently serviced by SA Property who manage the financial affairs of the complex (collecting the monthly levies and keeping our books). We are curious to know whether there is a company providing this sort of service which would be geographically closer (Hermanus and Caledon are our two nearest towns).
