I just moved into my house November , so there is a lot of work to be done. All floors needs to be done with tiles. Built in cupboards for both the kitchen and rooms. The ceiling needs to b done, new doors and windows, paint both interior and exterior, plus paving for the outside. New lights, a new sink etc
I would like to rebuild my mother's house in Letlhabile. It's currently a two bedroomed, toilet (No bath or shower), a small kitchen and lounge. I would like to restructure it as it seems to not be built properly or standing in the correct position. I would like to demolish all of it or most of it and build a three bedroomed home, with an ensuite in one of the rooms, a fully functional bathroom, a lounge, kitchen and dining room. I'm looking to have a modern/minimalistic look to it inside. This would also include a double garage and refencing of the property. I would have loved to attach a photo of the home stand however do not have any at the moment.

Can I please get a quote on shaded carports for the following: 1) 4 x tripple parking spaces (Next to each other - 12 spaces total). 2) Another 3 x tripple parking spaces (Next to each other - 9 spaces total). 2) Another 1 x tripple + 1 x double parking spaces (Next to each other - 5 spaces total). 1) 1 x single parking spaces (one is for the shaded seating area). Good Day, I am looking for someone that can assist with a boundary wall - I either need the current vibacrete wall to be removed and install a new 1.8 m vibacrete wall or have a normal brick wall built around the property. This is for a children's home that we are assisting in getting their security upgraded. Thank you
The project is a campus for a primary and high school. Precise measurements are pending. I would like a preliminary quote based on the information available on the rough draft. Ignore the measurements on the draft, take into account the number buildings and rooms. Ignore the distances between the buildings as that is also subject to change.
Need a lock-up free standing carport to keep 3 x 16 seater game drive vehicles protected. Dimensions: 11.4m x 9.2m (including roof overhang of mm) Height 4m at lowest point, with slope for water run-off sides to be closed off with either chormadeck sheeting or marine timer slates. There’s an existing Boundary wall that needs to be demolished and reconstructed the wall is out of municipal lines and is built on top of the drain but the main reason for demolition is because the boundary wall wasn’t built prope from the first place. I need plans for a Garage and 2 Flatlets each with own toilet and shower.
Currently three separate rooms 1) small shower 2) small loo & basin. 3) loo + shower + basin & vanity. Required : knock down 2 walls, lift floor and wall tiles, cement/screed floors and walls, install one large wet room with 1 wall mounted loo, one large shower, one basin with vanity and one bathtub. I'd like exposed copper pipes throughout.
Bathroom walls need to be cleaned from mould/damp and then repainted. I have the colour codes for the paint at the hardware shop so matching colours is ok. The door frame to the bathroom also needs to be cleaned from mould/damp and repainted too. Bathroom size is cm x cm, and wall coverage that needs to be fixed is only cm high. I need a carport for my rubber duck but also as a workshop for me… hence the double port. Floor needs to be concrete and I would like the option of enclosing the weather side at some stage. Aluminium stems to be the best option. What do you recommend? I will have levelled the site before you start. Please can you give me an indication of price.
