Installation of ceiling fans, ceiling lights and repair of oven. 1. Ceiling fan (and light) in the lounge: Installation of fan with a new fitting and "line". A new switch will have to be fitted. Current switch has two "levers" and this will require its own. Fitting a 3 lever switch. 2. Ceiling fan (and light) in the bedroom: Installation of fan and a new fitting and "line". A new switch will have to be fitted. Current switch has one "lever" and this will require its own. Fitting a 2 lever switch. 3. Installation of 4 new in-ceiling lights added to existing lines and switches between dining room and kitchen. - I have the ceiling fans and light fittings for the above. I will be purchasing new switches for the above. 4. Evaluation and Repair of oven. Faulty element? The oven preheats but after a few minutes it trips the DB board. The oven is a Defy undercounter oven - UMS. 5. Fitting a switch for a light in a corner cupboard (pantry cupboard). The light is an in-ceiling light linked to the kitchen ceiling lights. I would like to have a separate switch to turn this light off independently. 6. Replacement of current in-ceiling lights (standard GU10 bulb fitting and "holder") in bathroom (2 fittings) to a fitting that is better sealed from moisture for this environment.
