We have been informed that we need to submit new plans to show ALL GARAGES & LOUNGES (singles & double/doubles) changed into double en-suite bedrooms, with the new plans to show new drains, ALL electrical points, windows, ventilation points etc., etc.. 3 properties...2 x 5 bedroom & en-suite properties with 2 x 2 double/double garages and 1 single 1 each as well.... The 3rd building is a 3 double bedroom & en-suited property but it appears to only have 1 x double garage. There are also 3 chalet style bedrooms in another part of the estate that share 2 bathrooms, that we wish to change into 2 x double en-suited bedrooms instead, which will need to be accompanied on the plans also...
