I have square meters of ground And want to build 4 new tech homes The plans for my house are almost finalised, I need a cost estimation, how much do you charge per square meter? I want to compare the prices and thereafter I will appoint a contractor. We can chat on Whatsapp.
Extend existing garage, and dining room
1 bedroom outside with a toilet and basin .. big enough for 1 person with a king size via WhatsApp .
Currently, the bathroom has one shower and toilet and one basin. With only a skylight. We would like to replace the shower with a bath and put in a window and keep the toilet and basin.
Additional balcony with a braai, aluminium louvre roof. Then additional washroom to be built next to the kitchen and remodelling of a granny flat. please see attached plans. we require a cost proposal for the building project asap
We want to build a poultry farm, our buildings will include 3 × square meters and a 1 × square meters house. We have a plan or a structure of how the poultry houses should be we just need someone to execute it.
We have just purchased an old house that requires some TLC and/or remake to suit our taste, e.g. bigger kitchen with scullery, wooden floors repair & restoration, additional outdoor lighting, borehole water softening & purification, converting outside old bucket toilet into flushing one and finally look at solar system installation options.

We have a Rondavel in Olifants North and would like to add a bathroom. To cover the bathroom the existing thatch roof needs to be extended. Bathroom size approx. 13 m2.
Would like to add an additional bathroom in our Rondavel, approx. 13m2. Do you do this kind of work and do you have time to start the project middle of February next year? Please advice
