Composition: sqm covered. Comprising of sqm house, 50sqm garage, 56sqm covered verandah and pool (30, ltrs) on a light sloped plot (sqm). Traditional brick and mortar build with corrugated roof on a single floor with some retaining walls and an elevated garage. Current state: Plans are submitted to municipality. Architecture and engineering drawings are available. Soil report and BoQ are drawn up and available. I understand that quality of finishes can make or break the best laid budgets and as such like to receive a rough pricing indicator for wetwork/sqm only, before asking for a detailed quote, to avoid wasting each others time. NB. Please note that this build will take place in Knysna - not George.
