The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.

This plot is a wetland, that is why we want knowledgeable people to advise us. We want to build a Community development conference centre 1. Khul'ugqame Malti purpose Centre with hall to accommodate people kitchen, pantry, storeroom, 6 females toilets, 4 males toilets and 8 offices. 2. Isisekelo Old Age Home: to accommodate 85 people: 15 single bedrooms, 5 bedrooms 4beds from each bedroom, big kitchen, pantry, storeroom, big dinibg room, sitting room, 3 health rooms and 1 consultant room and Staff room.
