We own a small block of 9 flats in Langebaan and 2 small apartments in outbuildings. We wish to enter into a regular monthly maintenance contract with a suitable maintenance company. The building is currently in good repair. The buildings are +/- m2 in extent. Maintenance will require will be general, such as paint touch ups, drain unblocking when required, Electric gate maintenance, plumbing and electrical maintenance, roof maintenance when required, in some instances cleaning, occasional carpentry work, etc.
