Farm house roof (corigated Iron) is leading in two sections, main bedroom and kitchen. Need the leaking sections waterproofed. May also need to have the rest of the roof inspected for other leaks. Ceilings in mainbedroom, guest bedroom and kitchem to be replaced (only sections of the ceilings in each room). However, would need someone to come out and inpect first and advise and then quote. We will be on the farm from 24th September for a couple of weeks, so if the inspection can happen either Wed 24th Sep or Thu 25th Sep it would be appreciated. If adive and quote is accepted we would need the job done asap, while we are still on the farm, which is only a couple of weeks. Please note I need someone that is in the area as I do not have accommodation for the team on the farm, so they would have to travel in every day and I cannot afford to pay travel costs. So preferably someone from Orkney or Klerksdorp.

Roof paint or spray, remove gutters and replace with facia boards, about 5 tile have shifted but not leaking. The house is facebrick with about 1m on top that needs to be painted and front and back side have more plaster that needs to be painted. I would just like a approximate price. It's a small house, about 98m2 plus the overhang of the roof.
Flat is in a good and condition and the Building is well looked after by our Body Corporate/Caretaker.

The house originally built with later additions, has three roof areas..... 1.) A 72 sq mt asbestos roof that needs remove and dispose. Roof timbers are good and prefer retain. 2.) A 40 sq mt flat cement fibre roof that needs remove and dispose. Needs new pitched roof timbers and roof covering. 3.) A 42 sq mt new section with good cement fibre roof, prefer retain. Moving into a new house in Kirstenhof - as part of renovations I would like to install some ethernet cabling (at least CAT 6a) to various points in the house via a central switch. Open to suggestions in terms of how many are needed where (below may be overkill), but would like the following: Downstairs living room - 3 or 4 points (TV, soundbar, console etc) Kitchen - 1 or 2 points Downstairs bedroom 1 - 1 point Downstairs bedroom 2 - 1 point Upstairs Bedroom - 2 points Upstairs Study - 2 points As well as the above I would like some roof-mounted access points (PoE?) or end points for them - 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs, 1 entertainment area, 1 in Garage (to be converted to granny flat) Additionally some external points (PoE?) for security cameras (yet to be installed) around the property - 4 - 6 max
