Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.
Portion of roof over double volume has translucent sheeting (I think it is glass fiber installed 20 years ago: 4 sheets wide and c. 1,5 M long on both sides (E and W)) which was damaged by the recent hail storm. A small hole (± 20mm) appeared after the storm. So I guess the sheets will have to be replaced with corrugated polycarbonate sheets.
Need to connect a 3 wire Franklin Electric borehole pump to a modern switching gear also from Franklin Electric - The insurance guy disconnected the pump from the old box and said the box was faulty, thus got another better box. Thus no indication which wires are connecting where, thus testing of motor to be done. Box is already fixed to the wall and only need the connection to the pump and providing of a CoC for insurance purposes/
Renovating bathroom. Everything has been removed already, main feed in the wall but new pipes required Toilet stays in the same place, but the pipes need to be slightly adjusted. Shower is moving to where the bath was - pipes from the baths main feed needs to be extended about another 1.5m for the shower. Basin is moving to where the shower was, piping just needs to be extended downwards. I have added 3 photos in the attachment option - I'm not sure if they've uploaded.
Bathroom walls need to be cleaned from mould/damp and then repainted. I have the colour codes for the paint at the hardware shop so matching colours is ok. The door frame to the bathroom also needs to be cleaned from mould/damp and repainted too. Bathroom size is cm x cm, and wall coverage that needs to be fixed is only cm high. 1. Close/repair all the entry points to prevent access of the rodents from exterior, as per the pictures attached. Hello, I had a plumber fit a new toilet and repair a few other toilets etc in my house but he never finished and never put the rods in the new toilet, as his spouse passed away. Painting of perimeter palisade, palisade gate, window security frames, security gates in front of doors and power box lids. Everything was measured, but note that palisade and security gates (everything with spokes) were measured as solid length, i.e the length and height of the fence, doors and window frames.
