The tenants of the flat have recently left and the walls of this sqm flat needs to be repainted. Replace a wooden door between front and back garden. I live in a complex. Want to install a steel/metal black gate with frame. Door must be able to lock. It looks as though the door that is being replaced is a standard size internal door. You must not be able to see through the door, in other words the door must be a solid panel.

1 I need to renovate my bathroom, all the sanitary ware is to be replaced as it is old and an undesirable colour. I have a litres of jojo slimline tank . I wanna connect water from the main water supply into jojo and from jojo into the house. I don’t know if the same pressure pump that is currently connected will work or should I buy one. I need a job to be done by professionals/ you don’t wanna take chances. So I need to know how much can be expected from me for the job to be done.
Professional work required. Nothing less. Previous work recommendations required. I also do not require a new fence but rather, maintenance on the fence. Is this possible ?
