I am currently studying in South Africa. I’m writing to request confidential legal advice regarding my immigration status. A few years ago, I was issued with a ban from entering South Africa due to immigration-related circumstances. However, I later re-entered the country and have since been focusing on my studies and building my life here. Recently, I discovered that my partner, who is South African, is expecting our child. I would like to explore possible legal avenues to regularize my stay in the country in a responsible and lawful manner — particularly options such as a waiver or regularization process.

I need assistance from a lawyer to consult, advise and possibly represent me in an ongoing issue I have been experiencing with my employer Capitec Bank. I reported or rather blew the whistle on unacceptable behaviour experienced from my manager after she lied about me - I provided them with proof in the form of emails and recordings ad nothing was done. I recently asked my manager to transfer to the hours office for a short period of time and as a result received an email from HR/ Employee Relations wanting to give me notice of the fact that I’m incompatible/ incapacitated to work at the company which is retaliatory considering the fact that my grievance was ignore. I red advice on how to address the issue, if need be I am ready to sue both my manager and the company as their treatment has deeply affected my mental health, I have the medical records to prove this. Amids all of this my performance had been good. So it feels personal and can’t allow myself to sit in another meeting with HR where my side of the story backed by proof is completely ignored. I have crated a paper trail ad a report of my experience. Would like advice on how to handle this matter and what next steps I need to take.

I need a assistance with a despute between my mother and her complex. During Covid Lockdown her then tenant lost her job and my mother was not allowed to evict her. This situation lasted for about a year. Resulting in defaulting of levy payments to the body corporate. Since then my mother has attempted to make payment arrangements but to no avail. They have submitted a case in court and my mother is to respond. We are in search of a lawyer to read the court papers and advise on an appropriate response. A quotation sent via email would be appreciated.
