The estate requires that the design of the house be a South African vernacular farm and country style, but I would like it to have a very modern twist to it. I need a replacement quote on our Sectional Title units in a complex please; generally 2 bed units of +-87 square meter each; and a boat locker each of 36 square meter. There is 24 units and we just want to ensure we are correctly insured. What is the average building cost for the unit and the garage please? It has standard finishes mostly.
House and garage was attached via adjoining wall which is currently the extended kitchen and dining room. Roof for the above mentioned currently is waterproofed and shutterply. We have water pooling in our back yard and front yard after heavy rains. The water stays for about 3 days after each rain due to slow drainage, and is about half a meter deep. We are wanting a quote to see how much it would cost to put in a drainage system, or how best to rectify the pooling. The start date would depend on costs, our budget, ect.
I want to do full renovations on the kitchen and the bedrooms.
