Hi I'm looking at buying a small farm near Clarens in the Free State. It's 30.7 hectares. A huge riverine runs through most of it and a small river at the bottom. I'd like the whole thing fenced with game fencing or security fencing that would also act as a game fence. I'm guessing that where the river is at the bottom, that may need to be a type of palisade to easily let the water flow and allow flooding. One gate (maybe two).
