Hi, I recently got accepted to study at a college in Hammarsdale, KZN. I currently live in Cape Town. If I accept this offer, I will move mid February . The largest of my possesions is my queen sized bed, with no additional furniture. I will however be moving with a few plants and a few boxes. This will be my first relocation. Please be advised that vehicles in excess of 3 tons may not enter The Estate. Kindly note that it is recommended that all Residents discuss the above limit on truck size with their chosen moving company, as in the event the moving truck is determined to be too big to enter the Estate it shall not be able to enter the Estate. Accordingly it may be necessary for the Resident and/or their chosen moving company to bring a trolley or smaller vehicle for the sake of expediency in transporting furniture and goods from the truck into the Estate.
