I have a standard brick wall that is 35m long with normal drive way on the one end (within the 35m). Paint is peeling off in many areas and there is one large crack that needs repair. Both sides of the wall need to be repaired and painted and we would also like the electrical cables to the lights to be repaired / rewired if need be as light trip due to water leaks.
I have a secondary DB board for a cottage. The cottage is fed either from eskom or my solar, but the cottage geyser drains the solar battery. There is a meter in the secondary board. The work I require is either to run a second wire from the main board to the second board for the geyer and have a second meter, or to take a feed from other circuits in the secondary board to feed some lights and plugs from the solar during load shedding - also requiring a second meter I think. Hopefully there is space in the board for a second meter. Then there is a circuit that is disconnected because it caused a leakage trip, probably due to a shared neutral, shared between the main and secondary boards.
I currently have 2 separate doors outomated with one centered Gemini motor. The current roll-up steel doors are old and grinding it out every time we open it. The doors either have to be replaced with 2 new doors, or have to be replaced with one solid door with a new motor. The current motor is however fine. I need electrician to install a backup power system on a house. All components: batteries, inverters, wires, connectors ect will be supplied. The batteries and inverters will be installed in the garage of the house, power will run from the main db board to the inverter to charge the batteries, then back out from the batteries to the inverter to the db board into the house.

The previous owner changed the double garage into 3 rooms using drywall. All the power points in the rooms come from one plug and extension cables. I want to change this by installing 2 additional plugs mounted against the drywall. It would be preferred if the cables run through the ceiling and against the walls. A separate light switch also needs to be installed.
