We have just purchased a home in the Wilgeheuwel are looking to have the roof of the garage checked. We were informed that it does leak slightly after heavy rainfall, however we are concerned as we have noticed rust after an further inspection in the garage. Roof is IBR sheeting and not concrete. We would like to confirm structural condition of the roof.

The status of these roofs are unknown at the moment and we would appreciate an inspection and quote to bring the roof up to standard. I am wanting to replacing my driveway sliding gate with a new metal wood clad one. The concrete driveway may need some cutting in as the existing system is too high and our vehicle struggles to get over it. Added to the new sliding gate, an additional fence panel will be needed to match which will be attached between the roof structure and the garage wall (seen in photos).
I have a parking that through the garage door as indicated on the attachment. My parking does not have a roof top. So what I want is to put up a roof and then burglar bars gate to secure my vehicle as I feel it is not very secure by only having the current garage door without a roof. The burglar gate will be installed inside this gate.

I live meters from the sea and would like to replace the 2 single "roll-up" steel/zinc doors due to rust, despite regular maintenance over the past 13 years. Thus, I am looking for enduring/maintenance free doors. The automated equipment for each door (Digi Door) is still in good working order.
