8 industrial factories in size of square meters each, total new building amounts to square meters. Please give an estimate inclusive of design, council drawings and construction drawings?
The landscape includes an area over a servitude pipe which must be considered. There must be a lot of play and entertainment space. Still in the process of purchase, just looking for an estimated price range.
In the past 3 years, I have completed minor renovations at my home in Paulshof, Jhb North. I had an architect design the additions and draft new plans, but I never got the plans approved at city council due to the incredibly long and inefficient process at council. It would be great to get my plans approved and updated with the city council so everything is in order if I need to sell one day. Would you be able to assist with this? I believe I need both a Building Plan approval and a Site Development Plan approval. I can provide completed architectural plans on request.
