I would like to find out if a wooden or solid house would be better. Double storie as we dont have to much space with 3 bedrooms and fireplace. Open shower and corner bath.
I currently have the kitchen and lounge divided by the wall. I want that wall broken to make an open plan kitchen, lounge and dinning. The second part is to extended the ensuite bedroom. To create more space on the bedroom and the bathroom.

Toilet-My two toilet are forever dripping water and as such waste a lot of water...Bathtub-The hot water pressure on my bath tub is too small and takes forever...Sink-My two sinks stoppers when pressed down to stop water from escaping the sink could not come back to their original position.Water stays long in my sinks and takes forever to go out.
