I would like a buffet style or spit but not served. However, I would require clean up staff & set up staff.
Venue: Glencain Wedding Venue – KZN – Underberg Date : Friday 11/04/ Number of guests - guests – non veg 20 guests – vegetarian Starters: Mince samosas and cheese and corn samosas and chicken springrolls for non veg guests. Cheese and corn samosas and veg springrolls for 20 vegetarian guests. MAINS: Mutton breyani, dhall, papad Chicken curry with rice and roti Carrot salad and tomato sambles for both dishes Veg : beans curry with rice and roti, with carrot salad and tomato sambles. Sorgi and cream for dessert guests. Can meals be delivered to the venue on the day? Can Fridays snacks samosas and springrolls etc be fried at the venue and set up on the tables, with (sauces,chutney, chevda these will be provided )as starters.? Waiters are available at the Hotel. We will require serving bowls and serving spoons. The plates and cutlery are available on the table. Do you have a mendhi artist who can be available on the same day from 3.30 to about 6pm? Your assistance with the above will be greatly appreciated. Kindly contact me should I not be very clear regarding certain items Iisted above. Your suggestions and advice is also appreciated.
