I am looking to renovate my home. It is a very old house that I am currently looking to modernise. This would entail getting a pro’s plan first to see how the transformation would go. Currently the renovation would include changing window frames from old to aluminium for the whole house, adding verandas where possible, changing the roof completely to align with the new design etc. I will share the pictures when you reach out so you can see the house as it is at the moment

We have a 1 bedroom granny flat on the property that needs a complete remodel. At present the bathroom is attached to the kitchen. I would like to make the kitchen into the bedroom and turn the current bedroom into the kitchen. A portion of the wall between the current bedroom and the lounge, needs to be taken out so that the new kitchen will be open plan with the lounge. The window in the current bedroom needs to be made narrower to allow space for the sink underneath. 2 more electrical lug points will need to be added to the current bedroom /new kitchen walls need to be scraped down, re plastered and damp sealed and plumbing needs to be moved from the current kitchen to the new kitchen space. Ini the lounge, we need to remove the window, move the sliding door about half a meter over, replace the sliding door, put in a security gate, scrape the walls down, re plaster and damp seal. An additional electrical plug point needs to be added. The current kitchen/new bedroom. Walls need to be scraped down, replastered, damp sealed. One new plug point will need to be added and one plug point needs to be moved. The bathroom. Shower door needs to be made wider, basin needs to be moved next to the toilet. Walls need to be scraped down, replastered and damp sealed. All the tiles in the flat need to be removed and floors need to be leveled.
We are in desperate need of someone to take on a quick dry wall job for us before 10am this Saturday (1 August). I have drawn a picture of what it should look like below
