1 initial grassed area requires mowing (sit upon needed as area very large, clippings need to be removed), however, there are SOME trees that need cutting back (chainsaw style), some that need thinning, and a general tidy-up of planted areas MAY need to be completed as well. We are also involved with 3 or 4 other sites that MAY need garden clean-ups, bushes & tree manicures etc, will be offered to the person who offers the best business proposals to me, for this main project.
