The service will be required once the house has been completed with regards to the furniture, but also before the cupboards, floors, paint, wall tiles, backsplach etc is being purchased for advice and to staý within budget.

I have a plot and I want to have a 3 bedroom flat L plan with a garage on the left hand side. It must have 1 and half bathrooms. Kitchen and lounge must be open plan. Plot is quite big so i want to start with L-plan in corner of the plot and then at a later stage add a double storey house.

Also looking at natural colours (greys, beige) with added sea breeze colour to create holiday feel. Decor needs to be strong wearing.
