My ex bf is accusing me of fraud using his name and personal details. He says i am busy with human trafficking amd working with a syndicate. He says i am renting cars using his personal details. He is putting all these accusations on facebook and telling his friends this. He wants to put me in jail for things i didnt do. He came to my place of work amd even told my boss this. He is ruining my life. Please help me. He wants to send people to come hurt me. He sends me acreenshots from his phone claiming im the one doing those thing wen i am no wer near him or his phone
I am based in NZ. Setting up some websites and apps that will be available internationally. Looking for 'the standard' T&C blurb and ensuring this covers us for liability with regards to specifics of our app(s)/site. Also may need to look at the data/privacy blurb/setup and limiting liability insofar this can be done. I suspect it gets tricky with international users. main focus are western countries at this point. NZ, Australia, USA, Canada, EU, SAfrica. I expect reasonable uptake elsewhere over time. both apps are brand new busy development/launching.
I have a dispute with the Agency through whom I rented a property for my Mother-in-law. She vacated the property 6 months ago and our deposit has yet to be repaid. The property suffered flooding from pipes that were blocked by tree roots and also from the property above during the tenancy causing damage. The Agency is now seeking to hold us liable for damages that were clearly evident prior to occupation and that were caused during occupation through no fault of the tenant. Despite the fact that the quotations for damages does not equate to the full deposit, the Agent has now decided they will withhold the full deposit. As a matter of principle, I cannot stand for this.

Retrenchment case where employer owes salaries of Nov ,December ,January ,February .first implemented short time unfairly, thn stil didn't pay me. Then pushed me into a disciplinary victimizing me. When they could not dismiss me, the retrenchment was d next option. Only 4 people retrenched the same 4 that laid a case at CCMA.Employer withholding salaries and now retrenchment package with excuse they do not have funds. Yet d company and staff works as usual. Many tender projects that generates income.
I was threatened by a business owner that claims I owe them money but cannot deliver a proper account or statement which I have asked several times for. Her exact words was I must watch my back as she will find me in the streets and deal with me in person as well as well as threatening me that she will come to my house and collect the money herself. I must also meet her after hours at the pharmacy to get my statements so she can deal with me with no witnesses.
