I did some remodelling inside my house, mostly opening spaces by removing a couple of walls. I re-did the kitchen and two bathrooms. I also added two carports, one in the front and the other at the back of the house. I now only need the new plans to submit to the municipality for approval of the work already done. The are no extensions of the house itself. I have the current approved plans from the municipality in my possession. Hi, I am looking to renovate my parent's home, its a 3 bedroom house, with only a lounge no dinning area and a small kitchen which I need to be an open plan as its too small. Preferably tuscan style kind of thing but on a tight budget.
