Had a security incident last night, almost had someone coming into my flat while sleeping, luckily woke up and shouted at person that ran away. Was told to get an alarm as it is safer. I'm in a flat complex. I am often away from my flat, so need something that I can get monitoring on my phone if possible?

We need a freelancer photographer to come and shoot professional photos of the man of God at his house in Rosettenville, Johannesburg South. The pictures will be used on a website that is under construction. We need a quote of about 50 photos as he will be changing the clothes for different purposes. The shoot can be done any day of the week, except on Sundays and Wednesdays.
I'm a Trustee for our Body Corporate and our AGM will be held soon, before the end of July. I only wish to have a suitable quote to present at the AGM. My thoughts are to have a surveillance pole that covers Summer Place and Glendale remote gates and also cover the front wall, facing Topham road. This would be - 52 / 54 Topham road. Another thought - only surveillance coverage for certain hours? Possibly eg. daily from 10 pm to 4 am. This is just a thought and your input would be much appreciated. With all the overall high price increases - we can only afford to pay what is really necessary for certain hours - although I do realise that the daytime is just as bad. A separate thought:- Our 2 complexes are situated just across from Girls High School - their back entrance/exit into Topham road. Possibly a surveillance pole that would cover the back entrance/exit of the school as well? We will be hosting a Havana night relaunch and social networking event at Pont de Val and would like to capture every moment of it. Despite the event being from 15:00 to 22:00, we would love some behind-the-scenes shots as well, so a photographer will be needed from 14:00. Additionally, we will have a photo booth, and a talent showcase and people will speak at the event. Furthermore, we will have an auction/exhibition, and we would like to have pictures of that as well. To ensure that the entire event is covered, it would be ideal to have two photographers and one videographer.
