I have a prefab house with all architectural plans - I was going to live in KZN - and I have bought an erf in Flamingo Park, which is roughly sqm. In KZN, I had to have an architect place the house on the land - for orientation and stuff I think - before I could submit the docs to the municipality for building permission. My place is in Welkom. I'm busy trying to do rezoning and the town planner suggested that I should get an architect to do a plan for me. According to him he said the municipality can only allow 8 rooms.
