Hi, I built a tiny 26sqm home. Most of the electrical work is done, and only the earthing and circuit breaker still need to be installed. Also the underground plumbing is done, but the inside fittings (except for the toilet) needs to be done. I won’t be using a geyser, but rather want in instant heater. Massive wasp nest in corners of the rooms where three is outside. They also started building one inside the room but was small enough to get rid off. A 16 meter portion of my property’s current boundary wall on the front end of the property recently collapsed and needs to be rebuild. The wall was 2 meters high, double brick construction and need to be rebuild according to current building regulations. The majority of the current bricks were not damaged during the collapse and I would like to re-use if possible. The wall was build more than 20 years ago - the foundation is a suspect for the collapse.
