I am currently in the middle of a contested divorce that has unfortunately been dragging on since March . I already have legal representation, but I am not satisfied with the service provided there has been a lack of communication, several delays, and ongoing uncertainty about the progress of my case. To date, a settlement agreement has been drafted, and I was advised that it had been shared with the other party. However, I have received no further feedback from my current attorney regarding whether the settlement was accepted, or if a court date is required to proceed further. I have had to do all the follow-up myself, and despite repeated requests for clarity, no proper updates have been provided. At this point, I am exploring the option of appointing a new attorney who can assist in moving this matter forward with urgency. Hi married (civil union)until is when problem started infidelity and financial not getting anything food clothing etc ,always fighting because was coming with different women sleeping with them in our bedroom, saying it his parents house and he chase me out pack my bags go home but every year was visiting him hoping would change never did till he passed away this year 1 July ,sisters in law took all assets insurance monies and now want share of the pension money n UIF too ,legally still married, my concern is HR department is taking side allowing sisters in law to claim for dependents and write affidavits if not file would not be submitted to Pension fund offices is like they overpower me I'm not recognised and girl claiming to be mistress she have seven months child with my husband they dated from March left when he was bedridden and submitted claim form to HR department ,complicated and that's why need legal advice and help on the matter for fairness.

The matter need transfer of the case from PE labour court to any Labour Court for reinstatement of the review, the transfer will be based on the potential interference and several reasons that occur on my matter. I was requesting the school to provide me with a transfer letter for my son and they said they need both parents consent. The father is refusing, with no logical reasoning. My son’s performance has dropped drastically. I’m requesting to transfer because 1. My son wakes up very early to go to school (4am) and comes back home at 4pm. 2. I had a work function and arranged to pick up our daughter from a him around 7 pm. He made repeated calls during the event, which I didn't answer due to his tendency to make unpleasant remarks. When I arrived at the family home around 7:30 pm to pick up our daughter, he made accusations about me not putting our child first and refused to give me the child, claiming she was sleeping. After some back-and-forth, he "woke" our daughter to go with me, but then convinced her to stay overnight. I left and went to a local sports bar with coworkers for a drink. About 1.5 hours later, he stormed into the sports bar, yelling at me and accusing me of having an affair with a coworker. He took my phone and left. Later, he returned with our daughter, yelling at me and saying she needed to see what her mom was doing, claiming I was a bad mother. He demanded I take her home. This was unsettling, as he refused to let me take her home earlier due to my "lateness" but brought her to the sports bar underdressed in the cold to manipulate me. He claims he was worried about me having an accident, but I believe his actions were manipulative, using our child as a tool. I took our daughter home afterward. I need your advice and guidance on how to navigate this situation, considering the emotional and mental impact on me and potentially on our child. Yes there is a lot...have been married in community of property for more than 10 years. My husband was dismissed from his work.. they paid him all his money ..was working for Transnet...the problem started when he received this monies...he suddenly changed.and I asked him about my 50%share he refused saying we are not divorcing...he spent all his money with his mistress now he become my burden...advise me on that . What is the next step..I want to divorce him is it not going to affect my pensions am working for government.. please help
I was unfairly dismissed I'm a restaurant manager The company refuses since start date to give payslips They randomly deducted uif but was never paid No overtime They owe me public holidays A full year of off days they refused to give me or pay out After being dismissed because I asked I had to wait for my leave pay which was only 21 days I never got off so I became sick I needed rest I went to a doctor I provided a doctor's note my boss sent me a Whatsapp messages saying I must no bother coming back to work hr will give me notice immediately They kept trying to build a case against me over a period of time because I started asking for my off days or pay My payslips etc It's a constant victimization swearing etc And I was once threatened in a meeting in the presence of hr and nothing happened they get paid to defend the company Most of the employees at the company are employed illegal without proper papers and documentation This company does everything not by the book so they can benefit I'm not the first to be dismissed like this I do have witnesses that will testify the same thing happened to them or how unfair I was being treated sworn at and victimized I'm not sure how to go about legally with ccma and labor law I lost alot in life due to me now being unemployed it becomes even more of a struggle as I wasnt expecting this
