The Gauteng Department of Education required all schools to have submitted Annual Financial Statements ( AFS) by the end of April . We submitted all our documentation / financial transactions to JM Accounting and Advisors who did the book- keeping duties for us. They in turn were supposed to pass in on to First Place Auditors Inc to complete the auditing process, subsequently a serious conflict between the two parties arose and this has left the school in limbo with First Place Auditors not completing the assignment as agreed on, The school has been left compromised in tha we are being charged with noncompliance and non submission, we have been granted one week concession to try and find a new auditor to resolve this matter for us. I am hoping that you will be able to come to our aid and help us resolve this matter in a timely manner. Kindly advise if you will be able to assist and what would you be needing to assist in this regard

Many excuses..lost wallet..money taken out of her account...acknowledgement of owing me money, will pay..then she ghosted me...I've a letter of demand which the sheriff has been to 2 addresses and she's disappeared..but still posts items daily....he suggested a tracing agent..and believes I'm not the only one....
I need to trace a person, then get a vehicle key from him and take the vehicle. He is not paying and keeping to arrangement. Car is registered and financed by me. This is causing financial burden and later bad credit. I would like to sell the car as well. Also the person in question did make threats towards me. Requesting costs to get funds back from builder in PE , I made payment of R that did not go through with very slow internet and made another payment and both payments went through. The builder still have my keys to my premises which he had to hand in at our agent in JBay as we had people that wanted to rent for 5 Days at R per day and we could not rent the place to them because the builder renovator did not hand in the keys. The builder is Webber's Construction and Cabinets. He also removed the cabinet doors and I still have no proof that the doors was fitted again. He promised to pay the amount back on the 2nd of June. What can be done and what am I to do.
