Good day, I need an urgent quote on the repair of a gate and electrical fence. We had an accident on Friday where someone hit the gate with a vehicle. Please find photos attached: The gate is off its socket and has a dint in, The access area is also broken so needs welding, One of the wires of the electrical fence is also ripped out and the gate cannot currently open with the remote. A small, modular Recovery Plant is required that will be fully enclosed. To fit all the major pieces of equipment the building exterior high will be about 10m, width roughly 6m and length about 8m. The interior will house the equipment, when fully operational these pieces of equipment together will approximately weigh about 12tons - therefore the interior needs to have a steel/iron structure that holds these pieces in the correct position. To access all parts the structure would need to have a staircase. Ideally the building will have good ventilation to regulate the temperature inside the buidling.
1. I have a small section of wall that is falling over. 1m high wall that holds back the yard work and is about 3 M long that will have to be broken down and rebuilt. 2. We want to plant grass in front yard. Grass needs to be able to withstand a lot of traffic of a dog running up and down and be able to survive shaded winters and in the sun summers. Not sure if this is possible. 3. We want to move our pool to a new location. Ideally rebuild new pool but if better to just move current shell also open to that. Would have to explain in person. We have a terrace wall that is breaking away and will have to be rebuilt and when swimming pool is moved the hole must be filled and everything will have to be repaved. An in person estimate would be best as there are a few moving parts to quote on.

Full renovation including kitchen remodel, small guest loo remodel, vinyl flooring for about sqm, paint all walls, stacker doors at entrance, new light fixtures, relining pool, enclosing an 8sqm courtyard to form part of the kitchen as a scullery, removal of pillars in the living area which take up unnecessary space (engineer has said its possible with box support beam).
I would like to remove a 4m long wall separating the kitchen and dining room area to create a more open plan house. I suspect I will need to put some sort of supporting beam at the top to support the roof structure. I live in a semi-detached house in the woosdtock area, the house is >60 years old and has high ceilings. I don't know where I would need to start to get approval for the change and plans to ensure I don't break anything. This is where I would like the most help. Finding a contractor thereafter is not something I'm worried about.
