we are a family of 4 moving from London to SA. I am a South African citizen. my wife and kids are British. The kids will go to school in Stellenbosch and need study visas. We plan to arrive start of Jan . I tried to apply for study visas from London, but there is not enough time, so I am planning to apply for study visas from South Africa once we have landed. However I am not sure if that is possible or if you must do it before you arrive in SA.

Good Day. I am dealing with a deceased Estate which belonged to my late mother. However she never made a will,. Now my father is interfering in the property and he is a foreigner. What I need is my late mother's share on my name and a court order so my father can stop blocking my income as I have my side of the property rented out.
