I am the parent and legal guardian to 2 minor heirs who inherited their father's estate. Their father's ex brother inlaw came forth with a will. (which we know is a fraudulent one as he didn't have one at the time of their father's passing) The will had now been accepted and he is the executor to the estate. Said to manage the children's funds and trust until they turn 21. He is making our lives difficult, not adhering to their monthly maintenance requirements and their needs. I want him removed from my children's affairs he is not apart of their lives in any way shape or form. Would prefer to discuss further over a consultation.
The application of U.S student Sevi's visa reinstatement for my son. We are south Africans ,He had gone on a sports scholarship promise that did not materialize ,He attended 1st year which I had to pay for and decided to transfer in to institutions that grant scholarships, so he stayed in the U, S since February 26 waiting for responses, most responses came without scholarship until in June 26 he got a school that was giving 50% + Full tuition he started the admission process was slow especially response turnaround time due to time zones between SA and U.S . And when he wanted to come home before th 5months grace period lapses, flights were extremely expensive due to world cup. Now he needs assistance with reinstatement classes are starting on the 20th of August 26 or Defer attendance to Spring (Jan ). He is currently in Morrisville New York.

Good day I have a very sticky issue concerning my fathers (whom is late) estate, my mom claimed the estate we only had one family meeting with the lawyer and after he sent someone to make me sign some documents that I didn’t even receive a copy of, the. He emails me stating that the estate is closed or closing ! Funny how I have a different redistribution form that my mom gave me around /4 and I remember when we had the meeting when I raised that she gave me a look and shook her head as to say I should not bring that up. I only got the pajero and it was sold for 30k and then earlier this year she sends my sister to give me some documents that I should sing that state that I received my shear or rather inheritance.
