When our washing machine drains water after washing/rinsing, some of the watter comes back from the drain outlet. We've checked and took a video, the issue is not with the washing machine but where the water drains. We've extended the outlet pipe and inserted it deep into the drain, but it is still not working. We suspect it might be the way the drain was installed, with a number of corners before it reaches the main drain line.
Looking to build a small 1(2 if possible) bedroom house with open plan kitchen / living area and 1 .5 bathrooms on a plot 20km out of potch in ventersdorp direction. Will need help with plumbing but got electrical sorted At this stage i need pricing so i know how much money i need to get together to start asap. Doesnt have to be anything fancy, normal bricks, no paint or fancy plaster, plain cement floors and zinc roof also acceptable. I have a system that is older, and am looking to update to something that is more modern, and can even link to digital platforms, or phone apps if possible. I am looking for a wireless system with about 12 outdoor sensors. I would be open to looking at CCTV as well, but initially the alarm system
