I need snack platters please that we will be putting on the table and people can serve themselves. I am flexible with what can be on the platter so like some cheese, viennas, tomatoes and gherkin's on a skewer or toothpick or something like that with some biltong its can be sticks or sliced, dried fruits and maybe fresh fruit also, some mini samoosa's and sausage rolls and little savoury bites.
