I'm having some issues with tax withholding by the IRS. South African company getting paid by USA company. SA business had usd withheld because SA company didn't enter their business iD number into tax form. Now we need to get the money back from the IRS and need accountant in Capetown to file paperwork to US to get funds released back to South Africa company.
