I need assistance from a lawyer to consult, advise and possibly represent me in an ongoing issue I have been experiencing with my employer Capitec Bank. I reported or rather blew the whistle on unacceptable behaviour experienced from my manager after she lied about me - I provided them with proof in the form of emails and recordings ad nothing was done. I recently asked my manager to transfer to the hours office for a short period of time and as a result received an email from HR/ Employee Relations wanting to give me notice of the fact that I’m incompatible/ incapacitated to work at the company which is retaliatory considering the fact that my grievance was ignore. I red advice on how to address the issue, if need be I am ready to sue both my manager and the company as their treatment has deeply affected my mental health, I have the medical records to prove this. Amids all of this my performance had been good. So it feels personal and can’t allow myself to sit in another meeting with HR where my side of the story backed by proof is completely ignored. I have crated a paper trail ad a report of my experience. Would like advice on how to handle this matter and what next steps I need to take.

I was put engine together while I was in the middle of assemble I NOTice engine not coming together right I did asked my boss he did help to finish then engine was not right after he concluded that I did damage due to I was not able to defend my self he said I must pay. I worked too month no warning or any written Amount to be paid. Then he start illtreate me so I saw that I better resigned before it get worse. I did send my letter to him which he accept it with out even telling about the issur engine after I saved my resignation period left like it was written after 5 day I ask for my last pay check then they start issur of me paying them so asked how then they create invoiceend it to me with thregten to sue me

This is a cottage separate to the house. Ground and top floor. I just need the foundation, prepaid electricity, prepaid water and plumbing installed and just a shell, with windows installed (no divisions inside). Walls to just be plastered and no flooring as yet. 48 square meters downstairs and same upstairs. What would the appropriate cost be please, including architect plans and approvals etc...? Thanks
We have 2 adjoining units with small front and back gardens. Front gardens roughly 40m², back gardens roughly 20m². Aprons roughly 10m² per garden section (2 front & 2 back). The complex does have a full-time worker than cuts the grass every 3-4 weeks, but does no further garden maintenance. This is not sufficient to maintain a neat lawn and garden beddings. We are looking for a garden service that will do a fortnightly/2x monthly arrangement to come in and if needed on a visit, mow the lawns; as well as every time doing the bedding maintenance/ updates per visit across the 2 units.

I had been assaulted and my shirt and valuables damaged. The suspect initiated and upon me retaliating after his second assault against me, he is still employed within the same company as myself. An SAPS case had been opened and the company HR says that there is a lack of evidence when there is footage and witnesses.
