I just bought a new stand in Bloemfontein area and looking to build a sqm house with 4 beds, 4.5 baths and 2-3 garages. Currently, I'm looking to get a plan completed and looking for 2 cost options: if architect provides approved plans only, and also if architect were to project manage until the end of the build.

We need a kitchen extension out the back of our house as well as a bedroom extension out the side of our house. There is also a possibility of adding a bathroom on suite to the extended bedroom depending on cost. There is an existing outside wall that will need to be broken down in order to build the bedroom extension. Kitchen : extend out by 2m.
