Plain very simple main structure. 20 X 8m. On each end two flatlets 8x4m. A centre dividing wall 12m in length. The front-facing side of the building will have two flats 4x6m each with one window and one door facing the street. The back will be divided into four separate rooms.....this wall will be higher to accommodate a loft in each room. One top window, one bottom window and one door in each room.....each flat will have 3 double plugs and two lights one of which will be in the bathroom area, each room will have two double plugs and one centre light....... The roof is flat, but I need a second sort of shelter or veranda style roof just under the loft window on the higher sidewall, I would like to use the beams for the loft floor to carry through to the outside and be used as the second veranda roof? Each flat will have one half dividing wall for a small bathroom the rest is the open plan I do not need any other details. Each room will have no detail just an open room with one high wall, the high wall will carry through to the whole length of the building, including the two end flats which will also have lofts at a later stage, the bathroom area is not necessary to partition in these two end flats only in the two 4x6 front facing flats. This is planned as a very rustic cheap BnB with a self-catering backpacker feel. The budget is very small. Second building Rondavel style opens plan with a thatched roof or zink option. One light and two double plugs points must be enough to fit a bedroom area, small kitchenette and sitting space and small bathroom. I would like to have the option to build on included. 3rd..building? I need a cement slab which I can use for two outside toilets and showers, very simple, I will just use a sink or bamboo as a screen(maybe this could form part of the main building.? The area does not have sewerage so I need to build a septic tank. (I'm not sure if I need a plan for these) Just for info. The property will have an open-air communal kitchen braai area which will be undercover but will not have a cement slab. Outside each room, I need space to at a later stage put in an open-air shower and composting toilet with still enough space to maybe have a small courtyard or parking. These rooms must face onto the braai kitchen area and be close to the slab where I will put showers and toilets. The plot has two roads I want the rondavel to have its own entrance from the road and each flat to have its own road entrance. The property is still in the registration process., But I need to start building by the middle or latest the end of May.
