Good day, I am looking to build a granny flat for the wife and I. 1 large Bedroom - 1.5 Bathrooms Open plan lounge and kitchen The construction must incorporate a stoep of at least 3m wide with built in braai. Interior +/- 80sqm excl stoep Would love zinc roof and outside walls to be face brick. Some of the interior walls can be dry walling to cut costs. I would like to know how much you ask for a 2 bedroom, open plan living and dining room, bathroom with shower, toilet pot and basin , kitchen and stoep and does this include insolation, concrete base, electrical and plumbing as well as skimming, as well as windows, doors and ceiling...Also, do you do monthly payments?
At the back there is ladder u enter and there is open plan kitchen , small lounge,1 bedroom and 1 master bedroom 1 bathroom and step ladder going from inside of house to kids room I want to extend and make lounge bigger with only one master bedroom and guest toilet and open plan kitchen ,& steps going down to 3 bedrooms

It’s a small Stabkes sized building that is 9m x 4m with an apex of 3.5m. It will have a bathroom, and open plan room that will be used to live in until a later stage when it will be converted to a horse stables. I have my own plans and the land down not need any plans to build it. It is rural ficksburg.

I want to break out one wall to make provision for shower, needs a bathroom door to be installed, break out of existing wall tiles and floor tiles. Re-tiling of 2 small bathrooms to ceiling and installing of new floor tiles, new bathtub, toilets and vanity/basin combo’s, break out of current kitchen tiles, moving of current sink to washing room, smoothing of walls in washing room, new ceiling in washing room, breakout of few cupboards, instaliing of new cupboards which must be discussed, installing new floor tiles. Painting of house inside celings, walls, doors and skirtings. I do have all the taps, new bathtub, vanity/basin combos, tiles and toilets.
Could you please let us know if you’re able to replace the door handles with the ones we already have in the office? If not, could you kindly provide a quote for replacing the two doors with matching handles, so that all the doors are consistent? Additionally, could you advise on the turnaround time for either replacing the doors or the door handles?
We are buying and renovating a four bedroomed house to accommodate cancer patients who need to stay in Pietermaritzburg for treatment.
