Good Day, could you possibly give me a rough estimate on pricing for a 6-strand electric fence. Wall perimeter is +-m including 2 gates (1x sliding & 1x double swing gate). The walls are stepped brick walls as well as pre-cast slab walls. I also want to divide the uprights into straight ones between neighbours & kinked ones leaning out on the street boundary (50/50 split). The trees will be trimmed/cut back to allow installation. Preparation of the site prior to installation, e.g. removal of grass and shrubs. Supply and installation of palisade fencing with gate to cover an area of 36m² (6 x 6 meters) - Fencing must be 2 meters in height (devils fork type). - Fencing and gate posts must be secured into the ground with concrete. - Pedestrian swing gate (at least mm in width) with padlock (1 master and 1 spare key) providing access into the fenced-off area. - Gate to open to the outside of the fenced off area. - Fencing, gate and posts to be treated with rust preventative primer and painted in green. • Removal of any rubble generated by the service provider during the installation of the fence (e.g. empty cement bags, metal off cut pieces, grass or shrubs removed as part of the installation.
The electric fence must be installed on the inside of the current fence at a distance of approximately 0.5meter from the existing fence. Provision should be made for the motorized gate (vehicle entry) complete with gate switch. The electric fence must be equipped with an 8-joule energizer with alarm, strobe light, battery backup and remote-control activation/de-activation.
