Scope of work for costing: 1. Garage entrance needs to be bricked up 2. This changes into main bedroom with a new single wall 2.4 high being built 3. “existing” room adjacent turn into main bathroom and bets 1 bath (built in), 1xtoilet, 1xbasin, 1x walk in shower 1.5m wide and 2m long 4. All steel windows need to be replaced with aluminium windows (I have the windows and doors). Steel to come out = 2.4x1.2 – bedroom 2 =1,x in bathrooms x 2, additional windows to be build in = 2x 2.4mx0.6m, one 1.5mx0.9m kitchen, 2 sliding doors 2.1mx2.4m, 1 new front door 0.9mx2.1m. 5. The new kitchen floor needs to be raised with concrete 25Mpa (area is 2mx2.4m and needs to be mm thick. 6. The existing garage area also needs new concrete floor and this area is 6.9m x 3m also 25Mpa – mm thick with floor mesh. 7. All new ceilings – PVC with mm aerolite mm think pink insulation – floor area is 80 squares, as well as new cornice. 8. Electrical: New down light points = 18 led, double plugs = 6, single plugs 4x2 = 4, and 2 outside lights points 9. New water main connection +/- 60m with new pressure valve 10.
