Scope of work for costing: 1. Garage entrance needs to be bricked up 2. This changes into main bedroom with a new single wall 2.4 high being built 3. “existing” room adjacent turn into main bathroom and bets 1 bath (built in), 1xtoilet, 1xbasin, 1x walk in shower 1.5m wide and 2m long 4. All new hot and cold-water points, 16 in total 11. Move L Geyser to the outside of house and reroute hot and cold-water supply. 12. Total floor area that needs to be tiled is 11 squares; Wall tiles area is +/- 11 squares. 13. 2nd bathroom has a semi frameless shower, 1 new toilet, 1 new basin. 14. 2 new door frames with doors needs to be build in, with a double sliding door (doors open away from each other) bedroom 2 doorway. 15. All interior walls need to have cracks filled and prep for paint, walls was painted with oil paint, so old walls need to be painted with universal undercoat (2 layers) and 2 layers of Plascon double velvet. Total paintable area (interior) is squares. 16. ‘n new Sewer line needs to be installed total distance is 35 meters, and the old septic tank needs to be excavated and removed. 17. And lastly I need 1m wide paving at entrance around the house – total paving area = 20 squares (bevelled grey) Exterior work will be compiled and completed after interior work is done. I am not sure if, I will meet your expectations. The word describe confuses me, I don't know whether my existing play or the future vision plan.
